Low grade pressure manually applied to the skin with sustained and slow holding will allow the fascia to elongate. This technique is very powerful because fascia comprises every system of the human body; contrary to popular medical opinion, the fascia is not just packing material. It acts as the tensile force field and upholds skeletal structure and alignment.
